MID-LIFE CRISIS: BECAUSE APPARENTLY WE’RE NOT DONE MAKING BAD DECISIONS
At some point in life, you wake up and realize you’re not 25 anymore. Your back hurts for no reason, your music is now considered “classic,” and suddenly you’re Googling the price of sports cars while wondering if you could pull off a ponytail.
In this episode of Group Therapy Rejects, James and R have a wild conversation about the glorious disaster known as the mid-life crisis. Is it an actual crisis? A desperate attempt to feel young again? Or just an excuse to buy something completely unnecessary and call it “self-care”?
From questionable life choices and aging bodies to nostalgia, changing priorities, ridiculous fantasies, and the sudden urge to completely reinvent yourself, James and R ask the important questions: Are we having a mid-life crisis, or are we just finally embracing the chaos?
Expect questionable wisdom, brutally honest stories, plenty of laughs, and at least a few moments where you’ll think, “Yep… I’ve done that.”
Because getting older doesn't mean getting wiser. Sometimes it just means making better excuses for the same stupid decisions.
Group Therapy Rejects: Unfiltered. Unscripted. Unapologetic. And absolutely nothing to do with actual therapy.
