"R"

"R" grew up in Montana, which helped her develop deep respect for nature and an equally deep refusal to use vault toilets (cause bears, obviously!). After a stage 3 Rectal Cancer Diagnosis in 2020 (yep, 2020), she decided that life’s too short — hence the podcast, her therapy-outlet-disguised-as-entertainment where she writes all the original songs for each episode and peppers in enough swear words here and there to qualify as seasoning.

A lifelong poet, former moody kid with too many notebooks, and fully fluent in movie quotes, "R" brings humor, heart, and ample chaos to every episode. She raises cats, loves her hubs B-Dubs, and her l'il sis MagPie.  She hates peas and eggplant with an intensity typically reserved for supervillains.

Her co-host James has been stuck with her for nearly 30 years and has always been a constant (and annoying) friend and companion.  "R" is just here to make people laugh, overshare, and scream creatively into the universe — one episode at a time.
